Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Oud Avenue handles returns, refunds, and exchanges for oud sprays, attars, EDTs, bakhoor, and gift sets. All prices are in PKR.

1. Eligibility window

Sealed fragrances with intact cellophane and unbroken seals may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Bottles must show no spray usage, no oil transfer on roll-on applicators, and no tamper evidence removed.

2. Opened attars — final sale

Once an attar roll-on or oil vial is opened, applied to skin, or the seal is broken, the item is final sale for hygiene. This includes 3ml, 6ml, and 12ml attar sizes. We cannot resell opened oil products.

3. Testers and decants

Discovery sets with broken vial seals, travel atomizers that have been filled, and any decanted product are final sale. Oud Discovery Set vials must return with all four caps sealed.

4. Spray fragrances

EDT and oud spray bottles may exchange within 7 days if fewer than three sprays have been used and the bottle shows no scratches or label damage. Heavily tested bottles are final sale.

5. Bakhoor and burners

Unopened bakhoor pouches returnable within 7 days. Opened bakhoor bags and used charcoal burners with ash residue are final sale.

6. Gift sets

Gift sets return as complete sealed units only — partial returns of attar trios or discovery vials are not accepted once any component is opened.

7. How to start a return

Email support@oudavenue.com with order number, product name, and reason. Include photos of seal status for attar and spray claims. We respond within one business day.

8. Refund method

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa prepaid: 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days to originating account.
  • COD orders: refund via JazzCash or bank transfer after seal inspection confirms eligibility.

9. Damaged or wrong items

Notify within 48 hours with photos of box, bottle, and courier label. Leaked attar vials or broken spray nozzles from courier damage qualify for replacement or full refund including shipping.
