This Privacy Policy explains how Oud Avenue ("Oud Avenue," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit oudavenue.localhost, purchase fragrances, contact our atelier, or interact with our storefront.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information processed through our online storefront, WhatsApp support, email newsletters, and order fulfilment from Clifton Block 5, Karachi, Pakistan. It does not cover third-party courier tracking sites or JazzCash/Easypaisa apps you access directly.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact data — name, phone, email, shipping and billing addresses across Pakistan.
  • Order data — fragrance preferences, gift messages, delivery instructions, attar vs EDT selections, and order history.
  • Account data — login credentials, saved addresses, and wishlists.
  • Payment data — JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer references, and COD confirmation records. We do not store wallet PINs.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed.
  • Support correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages, and photos for fragrance sensitivity or defect claims.
  • Reviews — ratings and comments on product pages.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to process and ship fragrances, recommend attar vs EDT based on your queries, send order and tracking SMS via TCS/Leopards, handle returns under our attar and tester rules, prevent fraud, and comply with Pakistani law.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies operate checkout and cart. Analytics cookies help us understand which oud and attar collections perform best. Disable non-essential cookies in your browser if preferred.

5. Sharing

We share data with couriers (name, phone, address), payment providers (JazzCash/Easypaisa), and email/SMS tools for transactional updates. We do not sell personal information.

Encrypted connections and access controls protect your data. Order records retained seven years for tax purposes. Marketing consent until unsubscribe.
